In the last few years, prices have gone up in many countries. Food, fuel, and electricity are more expensive than before. Many people are finding it hard to pay for basic things they need every day. This situation is called inflation.

When prices go up, families have to spend more money, but their salaries often stay the same. This means they have less money for other things like clothes, travelling or any other fun activities. It can also make it difficult to save money for the future.

Governments try to help by controlling inflation and supporting people with low incomes. However, it is not always easy to fix the problem quickly. It is important for everyone to learn how to manage money well during times of high prices.
