I like going to gym because it helps me stay healthy. I do exercises like running and lifting light weights, and I go a few times a week.


When I exercise, I feel happier and less stresed. The gym gives me more energy for my daily activities.

I also like the gym because I can meet friends. Going to the gym is good for my body.
