Yesterday I had a nice meal with my friend. We went to a small restaurant. The place was quiet and the people were friendly. We were hungry and wanted something good to eat. I ate chicken with rice and vegetables. The food was hot and tasty. I also had a small salad and orange juice. Everything was fresh and delicious. After the meal, I felt happy and full. My friend liked the food too. I want to go back and try something new next time. It was a good evening. ADAY RIVERA MONTES

In class, you shouldn't laugh at your clasmates because there are people who want to study and pay attention.   The people who bother you are usually those who don't want to study or those who are bored in class. In my opinion, making people laugh in class is disrespectful. What you can do is wait until the breaks comes to have a laugh with them or talk to your classmates. ADAR RIVERA MONTES 3º ESO B

Jules Verne was a French writer born on February 8, 1828, in Nantes, France.   He is known for his adventure novels, especially those about travelling and exploration. His most famous books are Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, Around the World in Eighty Days, and Journey to the Center of the Earth. Verne was very curious and liked imagining the future. Many of his stories were inspiring and predicted inventions that later became real, like submarines and space travel.  He died on March 24, 1905. ADAY RIVERA MONTES 3º ESO B

In my opinion, driving in bad weather is very dangerous. For example, if it's raining heavily, the wheels may slip, or if it's foggy, you can't see, etc. There are people who like to drive dangerously, but driving in very bad weather isn't the same as driving fast on the highway.  So, for me, the best thing would be to stay home when there's a storm or thunder, or a bad day in general. Yesterday, there was a big blackout in some countries, like Spain and Portugal. The lights went out in many places. People could not use phones, TVs, or traffic lights. Some were stuck in the metro or elevators and had to wait. Many people asked: what is happening? It was not a small problem, it was something serious.  Today, people still talk about it. In the future, we will tell this story to our children or grandchildren. Maybe they will not believe us, but we’ll remember it well. ADAY RIVERA MONTES 3º ESO B

In the last few years, prices have gone up in many countries. Food, fuel, and electricity are more expensive than before. Many people are finding it hard to pay for basic things they need every day. This situation is called inflation. When prices go up, families have to spend more money, but their salaries often stay the same. This means they have less money for other things like clothes, travelling or any other fun activities. It can also make it difficult to save money for the future. Governments try to help by controlling inflation and supporting people with low incomes. However, it is not always easy to fix the problem quickly. It is important for everyone to learn how to manage money well during times of high prices. ADAY RIVERA MONTES 3º ESO B

Having good habits is very important for a healthy and successful life. For example, eating healthy food, doing exercise, and sleeping well help you feel strong and full of energy. It’s also good to have a daily routine and manage your time well, especially for school or work. Good habits also include being kind and respectful to others. Helping people, listening, and being honest are small things that make a big difference.  When you follow good habits every day, you feel better about yourself and can reach your goals more easily.
