 A sedentary life can be dangerous, because you are sitting all day, olaying videogames or lying in the sofa.

That is why you have to do sport almost every day, since that way you cannot have diseases such as obesity...

I do some sports for example: paddel, football and athletics.

In short, sport is good for health and to live longer.
