Food is very important in our daily life because it gives us energy to work and study. I like food because it makes people feel happy and enjoy time together.
My favorite food is pizza and pasta because they are delicious and easy to eat. I also like fruit and vegetables because they are healthy and good for the body.
I eat three meals a day. For breakfast, I usually have bread and milk. For lunch, I eat rice or meat, and for dinner I prefer something light. This healthy food helps me feel strong and healthy.
